2. Software Purchase Policy
- Once a software license key has been issued, it cannot be returned or refunded due to security and licensing restrictions.
- If the software fails to activate, we will assist you in resolving the issue or provide a replacement key.
3. IT Service Refunds
Refunds for IT support, virus removal, system installation, or optimization are considered under these conditions:
✅ If the service was not performed as described
✅ If a major issue remains unresolved despite our attempts
✅ If the cancellation request is made before service starts
⛔ No refunds will be issued if the service was fully delivered and the issue was resolved.
4. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) Refund Policy
- AMCs are non-refundable once activated.
- You may cancel before activation to receive a full refund.
- If you experience service issues under an active AMC, we will provide technical support and troubleshooting instead of a refund.
5. Custom Software Development Refunds
- For custom-built software, partial refunds may be issued if the project is canceled before significant development work is completed.
- No refunds will be issued once the software has been delivered or if development is near completion.
6. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2️⃣ Include details of your purchase, reason for refund, and any supporting documents (screenshots, service details, etc.).
3️⃣ Our support team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
4️⃣ If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If your refund has not been received after 10 business days, check with your bank or payment provider.
