1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

2. Software Purchase Policy

  • Once a software license key has been issued, it cannot be returned or refunded due to security and licensing restrictions.
  • If the software fails to activate, we will assist you in resolving the issue or provide a replacement key.

3. IT Service Refunds

Refunds for IT support, virus removal, system installation, or optimization are considered under these conditions:

If the service was not performed as described
If a major issue remains unresolved despite our attempts
If the cancellation request is made before service starts

No refunds will be issued if the service was fully delivered and the issue was resolved.


4. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) Refund Policy

  • AMCs are non-refundable once activated.
  • You may cancel before activation to receive a full refund.
  • If you experience service issues under an active AMC, we will provide technical support and troubleshooting instead of a refund.

5. Custom Software Development Refunds

  • For custom-built software, partial refunds may be issued if the project is canceled before significant development work is completed.
  • No refunds will be issued once the software has been delivered or if development is near completion.

6. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Email us at contact@resquenix.com with the subject “Refund Request – [Your Order Number]”.
2️⃣ Include details of your purchase, reason for refund, and any supporting documents (screenshots, service details, etc.).
3️⃣ Our support team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
4️⃣ If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If your refund has not been received after 10 business days, check with your bank or payment provider.
